Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bhanu Yadav ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the bhanuyadav.xyz website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Services and Deliverables

When engaging our web development services, the following terms apply:

Project Scope

All projects will have a clearly defined scope of work. Any changes or additions to the project scope will be documented and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established on a per-project basis. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding payments.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
